Bonitas sucks with continuation of poor service

Bonitas still sucks, I requested Bonitas to downgrade my option and they said I should send all the documents I did send them and they said they didn't get them and resend them again, I resent them but still they cant help me instead they suspend my services. Your service sucks and its poor and you have empty promises. I think it's high time I go and join a better medical aid than this f*****n s**t we call medical aid. ****ed off period.
