Bonitas sucks
Totally inept. WhatsApp bot doesn’t work. No network hospital in my area. No response to emails. What to do?? 30% copayment!! I’m beyond furious.

09 May 2024, 13:44I am on Bon Essential Select hospital plan. So which hospital do i go to in the event of illness? I have just been told my plan does not have a network hospital in the area. Are you kidding me? If I had landed up in Busamed or Vergelegen would you have declined to cover me?? Where do I go?
