BONITAS SUCK

They are horrible!!!!!!!!

I have been on the phone to get their help for over a week (going on 10 hours) with no help. Keeps giving me different telephone numbers and each one is less helpful. I was put on hold now and have been on the phone now for 1 and a half hours. PLEASE think twice (on hold for 37 minutes) They are not paying my phone bill but keep wasting my money. No emails are answered either. I pay each month but when you need help this is how you are treated.
