BONITAS SUCK!!!!

I joined Bonitas Medical Aid Fund at a cost of R2650.00 per month. They were very quick to send me a threatening email and message regarding the fact that I joined on a date which did not allow for the premium to go off. I did a manual payment of said premium the same day. I normally because I am capable with previous medical aid collected my chronic medication but was told they deliver and use pharmacy direct. I immediately became anxious as I have heard about the delays in this service from Bonitas members (current and previous) I was not wrong to be anxious. I expected my chronic medication to be delivered by the 25th of June 2022 already but 05 July 2022 I have still not received anything. I had to go and fork out 2 thousand rand at the pharmacy to buy medication in addition to the premium I paid. I get if you work a certain way but I mean seriously this service was forced on me. It was not my choice. I am DISGUSTED and DISAPPOINTED with the service I have received from Bonitas. Five thumbs down!!!!!!!
