BONITAS SUC****!
what in the world is going on with this BAD medical aid!!!! no one in all of bonitas can help me with an authorization number for the medication. are the people in bonitas competent to work there???? they keep sending me to all other departments. this is bad......my uncle is in hospital at the moment and what I can not understand is that you(bonitas) pay more per day for him to stay there than just giving him the medication,.....this does not make sense to me. like they say,...ITS EASY TO TAKE MY MONEY EVERY MONTH,....BUT WHEN WE NEED SOMETHING YOU TAKE YOUR TIME!!!!!
