Bonitas Stole My Money!

I am livid!!!! I cancelled my membership with Bonitas in March 2020 and I received a certificate confirming my cancellation. However, on the 2nd of April 2020, my membership amount of R2400 was debited from my account. I called Bonitas to make them aware of this error, and requested that they refund my money - of which they apologized and agreed to return the money. It is now May and I still haven’t received my refund, I have called countless times requesting for my money to be returned to my account!! The last straw was when they renewed my membership for the month of April without my authorization. I had to call in and enquire about this and they admitted that it was an error on their side. Bonitas is behaving like ******! I want my R2400 returned to my bank account and I will not rest until that is done!
