Bonitas stole my money!!!

I was a member with Bonitas Medical Aid until 28/2/2015. On 1/12/2015 Bonitas deducted R587-00 from my cheque account FOR NO REASON. I have phoned the call centre on 1/12/2015 who promised to pay back my money. A few days later I wrote a complaint on Hellopeter, whereafter I was informed they will pay back my money. I have phoned the call centre again yesterday, 8/12/2015, where I was informed someone will phone me back. I even received a reference number for the call (081215QJVJS7). I am still waiting for someone to phone me back, and needless to say, STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY MONEY!!!!!! YOU STOLE MY MONEY!!!!!!
