Bonitas stole my money
<p>I cancelled my medical aid with liberty in nov 2016 due to the merger with bonitas. I got my cancellation certificate. In january bonitas deducted R4500 from my account. I have been trying to get them to refund my money, spent hours on my cell phone but no one working there is competent enough to return my money! Theft 101</p>
