BONITAS STILL SUCKS!!!

After all my battles with trying to get claims paid for the last 10 years, I now have o/s claims going back to January 2020. How does anyone do business like this????? It is extremely annoying. I think I am going to send them an invoice for my time spent on this ridiculous service, or should I say lack of service. And add interest onto the amounts I should have been re-imbursed for.
