BONITAS STILL NOT PROCESSING LONG OUTSTANDING CLAIMS

After my reviews on 5 and 7 February 2020, Bonitas has still not settled my outstanding claims. The strange thing though, is that they tell you in their correspondence to contact Hello Peter if you are not happy. So.....what is the point actually?
