Bonitas STILL hasn't refunded me.

This is a follow up of the hellopeter post I posted on 25 Feb 2025. Bonitas did indeed call me back after my last post and assured me that my money which they wrongly debited from me in the first place would be paid back to me. they assured me that the payment was initiated for processing on the 13th of Feb 2025, and would take up to 14 working days to complete. This is actually already a problem for me because I don't just keep an extra R9000 lying around. They have already cost me money twice taking debit orders wrongfully when there wasn't even money in my account, and withh FNB I pay R105 PER debit order that bounces. So they have cost me R210 there already. And now I'm sitting in a financial crisis because I'm R9000 short on my budget.

Anyway, on day 15 I still don't have my money so I call them up. The guy I spoke to had to call around to find out what's happening. He got back to me telling me that thhe person who was supposed to do the payment wasn't in the office and would be in the next day. At which point she will process the payment and it will take ANOTHER 3 to 5 working days. Also... this guy didn't even put on record that this call happened because when I called today (10 March 2025) the agent tells me my last correspondance was 25 Feb. NO it wasn't. It was 6 March 2025.

So I called today because I didn't trust that this person would do the payment as promised to me over the phone last week Thursday. And as true as the sky is blue, IT WASN'T PROCESSED! What do I get told after being put on hold while the agent tries to figure out what's going on? "Oh I've escalated this". WHY WAS IT NOT "ESCELATED" LAST WEEK????

I am an office manager of a company that has over 2000 employees globally, and I have the ability to chase payments to help customers who are in dire situations been waiting too long for their money so that they get paid out of cycle. How is it that Bonitas can't do this. They have put me in an absolute HORRIBLE situation. How can I live being R9000 short on my budget Bonitas? How???
