Bonitas *****s money from pensioner.

I called Bonitas regarding a letter I my wife received on the 20th of December 2021 which instructed my wife to submit a income verification by the 30th of November 2021. Take note by the 30th of November 2021. The letter was dated the 12th of November 2021. I called Bonitas and discussed the issue with one of the consultants as I do not like to be threatened. The threat was IF SHE DIDNT SUBMIT THE INCOME STATEMENT BY THE 30TH OF NOVEMBER 2021 SHE WOULD BE PLACED IN A HIGHER INCOME BAND. Lo and behold the 3rd of January the deducted R2229.50 and R2989.00 supposedly for arrears.
