BONITAS *****ING MY MONEY AND TIME
Enquired about available savings and got confirmation on 11 Jan, R4776.00 plus accumulated R6915.00 - total R11691.00
Was told to claim via PPN. Mailed request form etc, claim for eye glasses R9268.00 Got confirmation from Lyle, 22nd Jan.
SMS today, Bonitas only paying R 3 930.00
Making me jump through hoops to get access to my own money and wasting my time!
