Bonitas ***** elderly peoples money without communicating with them properly.

Bonitas apply draconian measures and ***** money from the elderly. My mother is a 82 years old and is a pensioner. Bonitas last night deducted more than 3 times the normal monthly deduction and emptied her account. when I called to have it corrected the reply was that she did not complete an income verification form by November 2021. She has no email and due to Covid restrictions has difficulty to get her post. She has not received any notice from Bonitas to complete such a form. Bonitas is bullying old people and *****ing their meagre income and means to survive in difficult times. Shame on all Bonitas management. If I could I would advise everybody to boycott Bonitas and find yourself a medical aid that cares for their elderly people.
