Bonitas, start getting back to your clients!!!

Bonitas is the worst medical aid I've belonged to when it comes to customer service. I've been trying to get a hold of anyone willing to reply to my emails for the last 3 weeks & help me with a list of Pediatrician I could use & change my debit order date, because I made the mistake of putting my debit order date on the 27th where in reality in needed to be later than that... But please try & get someone to assist you with that... Absolutely no one replies your emails... You are very fast to suspend my medical aid, but won't even reply my emails helping me with the exact same thing your suspending me for... Very very disappointed
