Bonitas somebody in management should be fired!

Holy ****! I got tired of Discovery's monopoly games and switched to Bonitas. In all fairness they are very price competitive and everything seems fine on paper BUT: 1) Their app is useless and literally consists of 1 function which is an automatic reply of "How can I help you?". It ends there because it does not work before 9 nor can it redirect you for optometry related questions 2) when you give up and phone them you have to go through numerous options before speaking to a consultant. By the way she cannot help as well with any optometry or dentistry related questions 3) knowing that she is not in control I asked for management whom as usual are in a ""meeting"" Holy ****!!
