Bonitas - So *********** it's embarrassing!

One star is overly generous. The staff is so *********** it's embarrassing!

I spoke to multiple different people to find out what was required from me to submit a claim, what would be covered, what can the benefit booster be used for etc, and got a different response from all of them! No one knows what they are doing or talking about. This has now cost me due to incorrect information being given from the sales consultants.

Have called multiple times to sort out an issue, only to find out the previous person I spoke to never even logged the call/complaint!
