Bonitas site is of no use
I have tried to get hospital pre authorisation by going into the Bonitas site. It works until I get to the date which comes up in past years. I tried to type in the format 22-01-13 and gives an error and closes down so I have to type once again and try! After 3 attempts I have given up! Why can Bonitas not keep up with todays IT technology?
