Bonitas s****ing the bottom of the barrel by using Marara Pharmacy!!!!

Bonitas, your pharmacy service provider Marara is the absolute pits. My prescription was changed a month ago by my cardiologist, I submitted the changes to Marara almost immediately (agent confirmed receipt). I called them on Monday to remind them if the dispensing and also that the medication has changed. I discussed this with Theresa of the Clinical Department. I tried to request assistance from your chronic department, with no real success - speak to Marara. Endless chaos. Today I received my dispensed medication and my revised hypertension medication was not provided. I am struggling to speak to someone knowledgeable at Marara. At the end of the day I will need to purchase the meds from Dischem and get penalised for not using the designated provider. I am forced to due to Marara's incompetence!!!
