Bonitas showed me the middle finger when I needed them even after complaining

I have wrote a review here and received an automated response from Bonitas as usual,but nobody has contacted me and I don't think no one will,the only thing is to cancel this **** of a medical aid that is not helping me in no way and the best thing they do is keep quiet and show you the middle finger
