Bonitas should not be Going DIGITAL
Bonitas should not be going digital. Not on the APP, not on What'sapp. They just need to keep people manning the Call Centre.
Submit a claim via the App, can't load attachment, you them skip and submit says successful but you never get feedback, can't even see it on you claims list.
