BONITAS SHOULD JUST GO OUT OF BUSINESS

This is by far the WORST medical aid fund, they have a little over 5000 1 star reviews and they dont see the need to improve their. Premiums go up yet services keep getting worse. This Marara Pharmacy they've just appointed is the is MOST useless. I sent through my Chronic meds authorization letter along with the script on the 31st of March 31 and i have been calling their line ever since. I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THROUGH, there has been no response or even a call. Instead i got an sms stating that I MUST CALL then to discuss my chronic meds, what nonsense is that??? they didnt even bother to try and call. Only today when i called the Boncap line 11 TIMES i only find out that my meds are being processed. I had to cough out 1200 to get my own medication 2 day without taking them i'm literality shaking and can barely work at my best. Lexmail alone is a little over R500!!! If it was not for the fact that its one of the appointed medical aid fund by our employer i would be getting off it TODAY. i really feel that our employers could do a service survey on Bonita's medical aid and see how many people are frustrated, i have never heard of SINGLE PERSON say they are happy with this scheme. All they care about is collecting premiums and they dont give a DAMN ABOUT MEMBER and how their awful service affects our health. I am so mad right now i actually wish they go out of business.
