Bonitas should just be banned from SA
It should just be removed from the market. What a pathetic excuse for a medical aid. Expensive as hell but doesn't cover almost everything. Their ready to take your money but take 3 weeks to respond to you and still can't give you the answers .
Bonitas really needs to look at whether they are worth the hastle. Social media has a lot of poor reviews for customers for over 10 years.
I will be switching at the end of the month since their network is so small that I may have to relocate just to be within their network in order to get help.
I pay way too much and still cover most of my medical costs by myself. It is just a blady *******! Their money hungry
