The consultant states that they require a motivational letter from the Surgeon, mind you the surgeon sent this letter 4 months I ago I have a copy of the email how is it that you people are unable to see a letter for 4 months sent to you? Do you even work there or do you just come and sit on your laurels and pretend to be working?
This procedure was done because it was life threatening and you people are insentive with regards to ensuring that you pay!
My mother has been a member for over two decades and this is how you treat her? I'm beyond appalled
