Bonitas SHAME ON YOU !!!!!

Sadly Bonitas now gets only 1 Star. Ever since changing to Momentum everything is going haywire. I have requested numerous times that our contributions and financial state, whether in advance or arrears, are indicated on our monthly statement, but it still does not happen. I have again made the request 3 days ago and I am told to present proof of all payments made, after that they will verify them. REALLY ?? It smells to me they do not know the current state of affairs of their members. It will be a sad day if I have to get a lawyer.
