Bonitas service decrease rapidly!
I added my husband/partner to my medical aid (Bonitas) even though he has been on Discovery for more than 10 years, Bonitas still excluded him for 3 months. This I queried and I was told that can do it and it is scheme rules. 2 weeks later Bonitas Suspended my medical aid even though they did debit my company for the full payment. And off course, Bonitas do not work over weekends!
