BONITAS SERVICE(",)/

I registered with Bonitas babyline to receive a Bonitas baby bag in Dec 2017 and I was told that i'd only recieve the bag on the agreed date and I will be contacted once the bag was ready. So they sent an sms stating that the bag is ready and I should provide an address for it to be delivered, but I wasn't sure where I should provide the address , so I called Bonitas and I was given a number of the department I should call to be assisted. So then I called the number and was told that i'm going to be transferred to the person who will be able to assist me ..and was assisted by Estelle ..she made a whole lot of effort assisting me to get the bag even when she was on leave( WOW!!) I really appreciate the great service I got from her and the Bonitas team.I would not hesitate to recommend Bonitas and if I ever need their services in the future I would be happy that I would be taken care of with great care, thanks very much to Bonitas for looking after me, I appreciate it more than I could possibly explain.
