Bonitas Savings refund nightmare!!!
I requested that Bonitas change my medical aid from BonSave to BonStart Plus. The change took place and was effective from January 1st, 2025. They informed me that there will be a 5 month waiting period before I can get my funds. The 5 months have lapsed but now Bonitas is giving me the run around telling me excuses about operational constraints. All I see is incompetence because how can it take 6 months to process a refund?
I'm considering changing medical aid altogether, at this point.
