Bonitas savings Refund

Bonitas are handling this savings refund process very poorly. My savings refund has been due since May 2025 according to their email. It's the 20th of June today. On the 30th of May, I received an email saying "Your refund request has been forwarded to our Finance Department for vetting and final verification".

Surely it does not take this long for a refund to be vetted and verified. I have called countless of times, and sent countless emails too.

It's disheartening and disappointing that clear communication is not done either through this whole process.

I was with bonitas for years, and always put them at the highest pedestal but this...... this is disappointing.
