Bonitas saving refund payment

I terminated my medical aid last year with bonitas,which I was using bonsave.i should get refund for my savings,cause I was using bonsave.Even now the 9th of June, im still getting message that ID copy fails verification process and I called several times and send many emails which I don't get any response .So I'm asking myself if bonitas is a **** or what,cause many of us are complaining about the same thing,and is it possible for people to have the same problem .I need help to get my refund, and bonitas must stop come with excuses, cause that money was supposed to be paid in May not June.im depressed due to this,cause I needed that money.And I'm surprised that ,you get message on Sunday, but they only work during the week.
