Bonitas saving refund
I terminated my medical Aid with Bonitas on the 31st December 2025. According to their policy they where to pay out my savings by the 1st week of May 2026, that has not happened. I am sent from pillar to post, as they have now been bought by Momentum and are no longer under Medscheme, as from the 1st of June. This is an administrative blunder, people should really be careful, as there was no communication to the policy holders. i called several times. Membership No: ***
