Please note that your documents for your savings refund have been noted, and your savings refund is only due for payment in May 2026.
Kindly note that the scheme has a 4-month general waiting period after termination/option change to refund savings.
Also note that refunds/transfers are made on the 5th month from the termination date as per the scheme rules.
The abovementioned waiting period is as per the Medical Scheme Act rules and regulations.

I didn't receive my refund as per email below, i tried to call and send email but im send from one post to the other. after contacting the above telephone number i was transferred to *** but they also transferred me back to ***. my advice is when you choose a medical aid please choose wisely and read the reviews first.

I termonated on the 31st December 2025 and waited for 4 months (january until april). I submitted the required documents after 4 months waiting period and now it is June and I have not receive any communication or my refund. Does this mean i must wait again for another 4 months before i receive my refund? if so why didnt they mention that on the calls, was told will receive my refund end of MAy.
