Bonitas sacrifices patient's lives to save money
I have never seen someone with no conscious like this particular lady by the name Busisiwe from medscheme. It's been over a week now trying to get hold over her after she falsely promised the patient that she would attend to her query personally. Even with the paient being at risk of not receiving her treatment which her life depends on, this Busisiwe does not care. As a provider with conscious now I am being overwhelmed by an account owed to my practice for treatments of 3 X weekly from January until now. I mean how will I sleep knowing that I couldn't help a patient? But is this how it is now? Medical schemes bullies us knowing that we can not allow people to die on our watch?

11 May 2023, 11:42So ontop of my complaint I get a call from an arrogant insensitive woman who laughed at me when I had a chest pain in the middle of the call and asked her to call me back in 5minutes. Until now I am still waiting for the call. I dont know if its ignorance or illiteracy of not knowing how extreme a chest pain can be for a cardiac patient but then as a medical scheme its dissapointing to see that you work with such people
