Bonitas *****s your money!

After being at Bonitas for two years on one of their top plans, I have finally decided that enough is enough. I pay R3500 a month for my plan and they cannot even pay 50% of my gynaecologist appointment which I only do ONCE a year. So now I have to pay out of pocket for something that should be covered for any female in South Africa! Customer care also doesn't really 'care' with their 'no care' attitudes. Only, sorry thats just how it is. I am so disappointed and feel like my money has been ****** from me.
