BONITAS ROCKS - ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE

<p> </p> <p>So, I had an issue with Pharmacy Direct (a supplier on their panel) and phoned Bonitas. Spoke to a very professional and friendly agent named Siphokazi. She listened to my complaint and said she will attend and phone me back within 30 minutes. True to her word, even less than 30min, I get the call and the matter has been sorted out. WOW...
