Bonitas - Robbing Pensioners

<p>My Mother is a pensioner, retired from a mining Company, her pension is paid into her account on the 10th of each month, Bonitas who is now the administrator of her medical scheme since they took Liberty over has done nothing but refuse cover and threaten suspension, they refuse to debit an account on the 10th, only on the last day of the month, she made a deposit on the 12th for her month's premium, they have just taken a double premium, causing her other debit orders to RD, she now has R133.07 to see her through to the 10th of February2017 payday, and then she can expect double debits and RD costs as a result of Bonitas Medical Scheme, well done, I will be advertising this issue as far and wide as I can.</p>
