BONITAS RIPS OFF PENSIONERS

Bonitas is the worst medical aid in South Africa, My mum who is a pensioner has her medical aid with them on the boncap option. She is a diabetic and receives scripted medication, for the past 6 months Bonitas has not been paying for her strips to test her sugar but the pay for the needles??!! also her Dr has changed her prescription and they declined the new medication and a vitamin which is vital to her well been. They happily increase the premium on a yearly bases but provide F@CKING TERRIBLE SERVICE, the customer service reps are all ***** and I want call recordings because the story changes each time. Please explain to me why her strips are not covered yet you provided a sugar testing machine and give her needles on a monthly bases.
