BONITAS RIPS OFF ITS LOYAL CUSTOMERS

Never missed a single contribution ever since joining the scheme in 2019. Then changed my payment option and missed one month contribution then my membership got suspended - But Bonitas still continued to deduct for the months of Feb & Mar. During these months, my membership remained suspended. It is as good as being cancelled, isn't it? Tried to buy medication over the counter mid Feb & there are no funds. So according to my understanding, my medical aid was as good as being terminated in Jan 2021 when that contribution went unpaid. Now, I request it to be reinstated, they want the arrears first which I do NOT have, then after numerous emails back and forth I request to backdate my cancellation & refund for Feb & Mar but they refuse, why? It is as good as being cancelled since Dec 2020 already. Then I complain to the CMS - they do not respond to my email. So who benefits from the CMS? We are being ********** in this market even during this pandemic where we are faced with financial difficulties. I request that the suspension be lifted or refund my two months' contribution.
