Bonitas rips off disabled client

Bonitas is a terrible place company. Do not use them. Since we cannot afford this money to be taken incorrectly I have no choice but to call the bank to stop the transaction thereby suspending the medical aid. When explaining this to the callcenter agents, they did not care or bother that they would be losing a member.
