BONITAS RIPPING ME OFF

I did recieve your response as well as a call. its so unfortunate that here at work we only allowed to change medical aid in November otherwise i would have cancelled bonitas in May. i just do not get it why bonitas wont pay for blood tests cause its not like i am asking you to pay for cosmetics. if you dont pay our medical bills then whats the point of sticking with you???<br> i just cant wait to be out of this medical aid cause its rather useless for me noe, my daughter has endless sinus problems so if bonitas cant accommodate that then i simple dont belong there (bonitas)..remember guys word of mouth is very powerful i will spread the news.
