Bonitas -ridiculous copouts
Was sent for blood and urine tests by doctor and specialist. 3 months later still not pd by bonitas-reason- they only cover if IN hospital-huh???? So I have to book myself into hospital when a doctor send me to Ampath-how ridiculous! I even had to get a motivation letter, which I did-but was to no use because they still rejected the claim .
