Bonitas Review

My name is K****tso Mothapo, registered nurse i was working at Wilmed Park Private Hospital from 2022 January then i joined Bonitas medical fund, then resigned March this year, i received email from them saying that i have some savings that they have to return to me,asked to send proof of payment which is 3 month bank statement and coloured id copy which i did i send. After that, their response was that i changed surname and i must go verify with home affairs. I went to find out if that was true and there is no such, please hello Peter help me to get my money
