Bonitas retention and termination is NOT CUTE
Bonitas is a great medical aid and I have had a wonderful journey with them thus far until....I changed employers and now having to terminate my medical aid is proving to be a nightmare with no concrete confirmation or anyone reaching out. I submitted my termination form called the helpline and my query was escalated but I need this resolved as I cannot pay for another month after the notice month.
