Bonitas respons to query mailed

I used my other smartphone to mail an enquiry about the various optins they have for medical aid. I gave them information that will help them to give me a quote. I asked them to mail me the quote. They rep**** that they have received my querie. About 2 days i received a mail that my query has been closed. I rep**** how can they say my query is closed without submitting a quote. This makes one wonder that if a person should join them if queries ever will be answered..why i requested by mail was telephonic conversation are uselly wrong
