BONITAS REJECTING CLAIMS AND NOT UPDATING NETWORK PROVIDER LIST ON TIME

Bonitas BonStart Plus is terrible . I have 2 claims rejected simply because they have removed doctor on network without updating the list on the website . You will go consult to a network provider and still get your claim rejected !! how does it make sense that every single time you fall ill you have to call Bonitas to find a network provider ??? what is the point of the website ?? how can you remove providers without regularly informing your clients of any changes happening ??? what a terrible medical aid . All you do is take our money and not pay claims . DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Definitely taking you to Ombudsman!!!!!
