Bonitas refusing to payout medical aid savings that where cancelled in december 2025

I terminated my medical Aid with Bonitas on the 31st December 2025. According to their policy they where to pay out my savings by the 1st week of May 2026, that has not happened. I am sent from pillar to post, as they have now been bought by Momentum and are no longer under Medscheme, as from the 1st of June. This is an administrative blunder, people should really be careful, as there was no communication to the policy holders.

The issue has not yet been resolved, Still waiting for feedback from Mzomuhle Mlaba from Momentum health. They seem not to know how to handle the issue and we as policy members are suffering due to this.
