BONITAS refuses to use my medical savings
I went to the dentist in September 2023. There was a shortfall of R2771 which Bonitas did not pay. However, I have a large savings fund that I then subsequently asked them twice to use - even though it is complete nonsense that I have to ask that in the first place.
That said I have followed up repeatedly and sent them all the required information and documentation, twice.
I have already resolved to go to another medical aid in the near future but if they don't pay the dentist this week I will be reporting them to the Ombudsman as they have no right to withhold MY SAVINGS FUNDS!
