Bonitas Refuses to Pay

<p>Bonitas refuses to pay.</p> <p>Our daughter was in a horrific car accident recently, in which she broke a leg, an arm and her jaw was completely shattered and she lost several teeth. On request from Bonitas, we submitted a report from the specialist together with copies of the x-rays, to their special claims department where after they still refuse to pay the claim. Apparently it is not part of our medical aid plan?? </p> <p> </p>
