Bonitas - refuse to refund R200.00
Hi
It is with at most disgrace that Bonitas does not want to refund me the R200.00 that I mistakenly paid into their banking account in Oct 2020.
Emails from me to my bank (Nedbank ) and Bonitas goes up and down - with no reply from Bonitas.
A company that is so big and can not repay a small of R200.00 ?
This R200.00 must be paid back to me - in return I must pay it over to my medical aid at Nedbank.
Please help me I can sent you all the emails concerned. Thank you Adriyana Dubbelt ***
