Bonitas refuse to pay
Bonitas is refusing to pay the doctor, despite the doctor submitting the required documentation on time. This is also despite Bonitas approving the procedure to continue. The procedure took place last year September, to date Bonitas has not paid the doctor. The doctor and I have made many calls and sent many emails to Bonitas by they are not moved. I am really disappointed by my medical aid. Why should I pay the doctor from my pocket, when I pay Bonitas thousands of rands every month without any hustle.
